  • Legitimate interests — for website analytics, fraud prevention, and improving our services
  • Contract performance — when processing is necessary to fulfill a request you have made
  • Legal obligation — where processing is required to comply with applicable law

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers — companies that help us operate our website and business (e.g., web hosting, email delivery, analytics, scheduling tools). These providers are contractually bound to use your information only to perform services on our behalf.
  • Professional advisors — lawyers, accountants, and auditors when required
  • Law enforcement or government authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
  • Business successors — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction
We require all third parties to maintain appropriate security standards and to use your data only for the purposes we specify.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Specifically:

  • Contact and inquiry information — retained for 3 years from your last interaction
  • Marketing preferences and newsletter subscriptions — retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
  • Website analytics data — retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely

When your information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information

  • Portability — request that we provide your data in a portable format
  • Objection — object to our processing of your information for marketing purposes
